We believe strongly that to address turnover and improve retention it is essential to understand your organization's reasons for turnover. No two facilities are exactly the same, you are unique organizations with various issues within facilities and the corporate structure. We approach the project from a systems perspective, designing and recommending solutions to address your unique needs. The solutions may or may not be customized; the critical factor concern is to make it work for you. Our track record speaks for itself. Turnover goes down significantly, often by 50-75%. Would you like to have turnover numbers in the 20's or less?

Sample steps in the Process:
Gather Data on Why you are experiencing turnover by examining your current process, conduct focus groups with staff, review survey data, etc.
Make recommendations on how to address each issue and have discussions with management to align your goals, financial commitment and who will be involved.
Begin a pilot which may include some or all of the following:
Modification of the recruitment and pre-screening process
Use of additional assessment tools targeted for your population. These could be:
Screen for risk of call offs, work attitudes, integrity, propensity for substance abuse (link to SOS II, in Profiles)
Implement pre-hire survey for job matching (example: Profiles CSP and PXT)
Background checks & drug screens
Customized scoreable structured interviews for positions with large number of hires
Training for staff to effectively use the new tools and procedures
Evaluation of effectiveness of the program and ongoing support as you grow.
Some facilities and organizations will opt to do everything they can and these organizations will see dramatic changes in turnover quickly. Others chose to implement change gradually. They may choose to use one assessment with staff training. This will often reap rewards, but it depends on what we learned initially.
"The Road to Success is mapped by the upfront work done to understand the issues and how you chose to drive the organization along that road."
