Mr. Evans career in safety enforcement spans more than 25 years. Since Sept. 11, 2001, he has conducted assessments of public water systems, public airports, municipal buildings and various corporate facilities. He has been a frequent lecturer on the topic of terrorism and infrastructure security at state and national forums.
Mr. Evans is trained in the federally sanctioned Sandia methodology in the assessment of public works facilities. He is a member of the Ohio and Pennsylvania sections of the American Water Works Association. He is further trained in preparing and responding to terrorism and weapons of mass destruction through the National Emergency Response & Rescue training Center at Texas A&M University, in a program approved by the U.S. Department of Justice.
