Diana L. Clarke is an Organizational Consultant and Leadership Coach.

Professional Profile

Diana specializes in the area of leadership development and talent management. She is an experienced consultant with 17 years of multi-industry experience specializing in building effective organizations by aligning the human capital systems with business objectives and strategy.

In her role as executive coach Diana has integrated assessment and development to build bench strength, accelerate the on boarding of new executives, guide valuable leaders in addressing the problems and challenges that would have otherwise derailed their careers, and coached key leaders in building their team. She is certified in a wide variety of assessment instruments and 360 processes, and coaching frameworks. She combines the assessment tools with feedback, and her own business and organizational experience to assist the executive in meeting the current challenges and growing to "step up to the next level".

As an organizational consultant, Diana has guided the execution of scorecards and metrics for strategic alignment, worked with acquisition teams, and developed selections systems for new or "redesigned" facilities, designed performance management systems, and succession strategies. She has created competency models and 360 instruments that are linked to leadership development and organizational strategies.

Diana has been consulting with top management on a wide range of human capital management issues including: leadership development, assessment, turnover reduction and retention of talent, mentoring, succession planning, and strategic alignment of talent with core business issues.

Diana is president of Silverwood Associates and was previously Vice President of Brinoth Group, management-consulting firms. She was also a senior consultant for Metrus Group, which provides strategic performance measurement, assessment and organizational change by creating a high performance, measurement driven culture. Diana was an executive coach for Manchester Partners (now Right Management).

Diana serves on the board of the Medina County Workforce Policy Board and the joint Medina-Summit Board. She is a past member of the Ohio Psychological Association Board of Trustees and member of NEO Human Resource Planning Society. Education

Diana holds B.A., M.A. and PhD in Industrial and Gerontological psychology from the University of Akron.
